Vida Salon will reopen on Tuesday June 16th! We are looking forward to getting back to work, and being able to create great hair again! We cannot wait to wecome our clients back to Vida and reconnect with all of you! Things will look and feel a little different in our new Covid “normal”, however we will always provide the best care and service we can. In order to keep our team and our clients safe, these are some of the new procedures you can expect for the next little while going forward….
* We are calling clients in order of when we had to cancel first to rebook. If you didn’t have an appointment, you can call starting Tuesday June 16th.
*We will be wearing face masks to protect you, and we will require you to wear your own cloth mask when you arrive for your appointment, (preferably the kind that go around the ear). If you don’t have one, we will provide a disposable mask for a small fee.
*We ask that if you have travelled outside of Canada within the past 14 days; have any symptoms of illness; have a cold or fever; or have been in contact with anyone that may have covid 19, that you do not come in for your appointment. There will be no cancellation fees.
*We ask that you arrive alone for your appointment, as we will be limiting the guests allowed in the salon. If you will be dropped off, we ask that your driver wait outside or in their car.
*Please arrive at your appointment time, and if you arrive early we will ask you to wait in your car until your appointment time.
*you will be asked to use the hand sanitizer provided or wash your hands when you arrive or before we begin your service. We will do the same.
*we love you and missed you too, but we can’t hug you:(
*unfortunately we will not be able to provide coffee, snacks, or magazines for the time being.
*we will initially be limiting blow dring in order to reduce the time clients are in the salon and to fit all of our colours in, as you can guess there are a lot of eager clients;)
***Although things will look and feel different for a while , we are excited to get back to doing what we love and look forward to seeing everyone!!!
